Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final for custom-made and personalized items. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order is placed. Cancellations may be possible only within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started; once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible and fees may apply.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wannercreativecorner@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
- We will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following options: a replacement at no extra cost, an exchange for a different item (subject to availability), or a refund/store credit at our discretion.
- If a return is required for any approved issue, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping in eligible cases.
Processing and refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Replacement items will be shipped once the issue is verified.
- We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the specific situation.
Non-qualifying situations
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or delays not caused by our end are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Custom or personalized items that were approved by the customer for production and shipped as described qualify under the above Damages and issues policy.
